Ministry already carries enough.

I grew up around church and in a family of pastors, so I know how much gets placed on the shoulders of ministry leaders.

The website needs updating. Sunday’s message needs to be posted. Events need to be shared. Social media needs attention. And most of the time, all of that lands back on the pastor or a volunteer who already has plenty to do.

That is why I built Steeple & Signal. I want to take some of that work off your plate while making sure the heart and voice of the ministry are never lost in the process.

Start with what your ministry
actually needs.

You may need a new website. You may need someone to keep sermons, social media, and weekly communication moving. Or you may simply have one part of your media that has been sitting on the list for too long.

You do not have to hand everything over at once. I can start with the area that would help you most right now, then build from there as the ministry needs it.

01WEBSITE TRANSFORMATION

Rebuild the digital front door.

Strategy, content clarity, custom design, integrations, mobile usability, search foundations, launch support, and a site your staff can maintain.

Not another isolated vendor.
A connected system.

A freelancer can complete a task. A virtual media department coordinates how the tasks work together. I learn the ministry calendar, organize source files and approvals, keep the website and weekly channels aligned, and remain accountable for the agreed rhythm.

  • One approval process instead of scattered messages
  • Defined channels, volume, turnaround, and boundaries
  • Direct founder involvement from discovery through delivery
  • Continuity that reduces pressure on pastors and volunteers

You receive practical recommendations and three to five priority opportunities your ministry can actually implement—whether you invite me to help or handle them internally.

Built from inside
the ministry world.

Steeple & Signal did not begin as a general marketing agency searching for a church niche. It grew out of years I spent doing the work firsthand—building websites, managing sermon media, creating content, developing brands, and helping ministry communicate online.

I understand that a church is not a product and ministry is not a campaign. My role is to help carry the message farther without losing the heart, convictions, or people behind it.

Church media.
Pastor media.

Two sides of the same purpose: helping a local church welcome people clearly and helping a pastor’s teaching remain useful beyond one room and one Sunday.

Timothy
Wright.

I grew up around church and in a family of pastors, so ministry has never felt like a niche to me. Over the years, I’ve worked across websites, sermon media, content, and digital communication, and Steeple & Signal grew naturally from that experience. My goal is to help carry some of the media load while making sure the heart of the ministry never gets lost in the process.

Start with what you need.
I can build from there.

01

Tell me what’s going on.

Share what feels stuck, what you’ve been trying to keep up with, and what you would like to improve.

02

I’ll help make sense of it.

I’ll look at what is already working, what needs attention, and what would make the biggest difference first.

03

Then I get to work.

Once we know the right next step, I’ll take it from there with clear communication and a plan built around your ministry.

Clear expectations
before the first call.

What is a virtual church media department?

It is coordinated outside support for the website, sermon media, YouTube, podcast, social communication, email, branding, search visibility, and related workflows. Instead of managing disconnected vendors, the church works with one accountable creative lead under a defined scope.

Can I hire Steeple & Signal for only one project?

Yes. A church can begin with a Website Transformation or another focused engagement. The Virtual Media Department is for ministries that need ongoing ownership across several connected channels.

Can you work with our current staff and volunteers?

Yes. I can carry selected responsibilities, organize the wider workflow, and help volunteers serve within clearer roles. The goal is not to displace people who are already serving well.

Does Steeple & Signal guarantee views, rankings, or attendance?

No. I promise careful strategy, clearer systems, thoughtful execution, responsible measurement, and honest recommendations. No one can responsibly guarantee views, Google rankings, follower counts, or church attendance.

Let’s talk about what your ministry needs next.

Bring the honest version of where things feel stuck. I’ll listen first, then help you identify a clear and realistic next step.
