PRIVACY POLICY

Clear information.
Handled with care.

This policy explains what Steeple & Signal collects through this website and how that information is used.

Last updated August 23, 2026

Information you choose to share

When you request a ministry media audit or contact us, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, church or ministry, website, service interest, timing, challenges, and goals. We use it only to review your request, respond personally, and manage a potential or active client relationship.

Website analytics

We collect limited first-party usage information—including pages viewed, links or buttons selected, successful audit requests, the referring website’s hostname, and a randomly generated session identifier. This helps us understand which information is useful and where visitors encounter friction.

We also use Google Analytics to understand website traffic, engagement, acquisition sources, and successful inquiry events. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and receive technical information such as browser, device, page activity, and approximate geography. We do not intentionally send the content you type into forms to Google Analytics. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy.

Our first-party analytics do not intentionally store your IP address, precise location, advertising identifier, or the content you type into forms. The first-party session identifier expires with your browser session. Our analytics components do not load when an enabled Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal is detected.

How information is protected and retained

Website and inquiry information is stored through our hosting provider and limited to the people responsible for operating Steeple & Signal. We retain information only as long as it remains useful for the purposes described here or is required for legitimate business and legal obligations.

Sharing and outside services

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help us host, secure, measure, and operate the website, including Google Analytics. If additional measurement or communication tools are added later, this policy will be updated to reflect them.

You may ask what personal information you have submitted, request a correction, or ask for deletion when applicable. Use the contact page to make a privacy request.
